Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli



A delicious and easy-to-make crock pot beef and broccoli recipe. Tender beef slices simmered in a flavorful sauce with fresh broccoli florets, served over rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

Soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic should all be mixed together in a bowl

Put the beef slices in the crock pot and cover them with the sauce

Set the heat to low, cover, and cook for four to five hours, or until the beef is soft

Mix water and cornstarch in a small bowl to make a slurry

Pour the slurry into the crock pot and mix it in

Then add the broccoli pieces

Put the lid back on and cook for another 30 minutes, or until the broccoli is soft and the sauce has thickened

Put it on top of cooked rice
