Air Fryer Shrimp Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas, for serving
- Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for topping
Instructions:
Put the shrimp, sliced bell peppers, and sliced onions in a large bowl
Add fajita seasoning and drizzle olive oil over the mix
Add toss to cover evenly
Add salt and pepper to taste, and then squeeze fresh lime juice over the whole thing
Throw it again
Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Lay the shrimp and vegetables out in a single layer in the air fryer basket
Air fry the vegetables and shrimp for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket every so often, until the vegetables are soft and slightly charred and the shrimp are pink and opaque
If you want, you can warm tortillas in the air fryer for about one to two minutes
Cover the warm tortillas with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole
Then serve the air-fried shrimp and fajita vegetables on top
