Breakfast Pizza



Start your day with a hearty and delicious breakfast pizza loaded with eggs, bacon, vegetables, and gooey mozzarella cheese. It's the perfect way to kickstart your morning!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 450F 230C

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape

Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce

Create four wells in the cheese for the eggs

Carefully crack an egg into each well

Scatter the crumbled bacon, diced bell peppers, and diced onions evenly over the pizza

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired level of doneness and the crust is golden brown

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley

Slice and serve hot
